Zagat reviews restaurants and provides a searchable database of dining options for any location, and has a section devoted to Washington, DC, eateries.

Interns’ Guide to Washington
The Washington Post‘s guide focuses on food, drink and entertainment. Especially highlighted are inexpensive bars and restaurants for the cash-strapped intern. There is also an article about free food.
